Arden Moore is an award-winning author who specializes in writing about pet and health topics. She is a contributing editor to Dog Fancy, Veterinary Practice News, and Your Dog magazines and a "Healthy Pets" columnist for Prevention magazine.

Moore belongs to the Dog Writers Association of America, the Association of Veterinary Communicators, and the National Writers Union. She was the first journalist to graduate from the Humane Society of the United States' "Pets for Life" national training program and has authored numerous books and publications, including 50 Simple Ways to Pamper Your Dog and Real Food for Dogs.

Moore is committed to helping animal humane organizations and donates a portion of each book sale to help improve the lives of dogs and cats. She lives in Oceanside, California, with her Corgi Jazz and her three cats Murphy, Little Guy, and Callie.
